All services are provided subject to availability, site conditions, and inspection results.
Any estimates provided through the website, phone, or email are preliminary and may change after on-site inspection.
Final pricing and service conditions are provided after inspection with specialized equipment.
Prices may vary based on access, system condition, materials required, and scope of work.
Service Guys reserves the right to decline or modify services if conditions are unsafe or outside the original scope.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the service area.
Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.
Customers agree to:

Follow technician recommendations related to safety and maintenance
Service Guys is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed conditions, pre-existing damage, or improper system use.
Service Guys stands behind the quality of our work and offers clear, service-specific warranties to give our customers confidence and peace of mind.
All completed services include a 30-day workmanship warranty. If anything related to the performed service is not completed properly within 30 days of the service date, we will correct the issue free of charge.
This warranty is ideal for cleaning, inspection, and maintenance services.
We provide a 90-day warranty on structural or material repairs made to fireboxes, flues, and chimney components. This warranty covers workmanship and installed materials related to masonry or repair services.
For ductwork, dryer vent, or ventilation system replacements, we offer a 6-month warranty guaranteeing proper airflow, secure connections, and installation integrity under normal operating conditions.
All appliance repair services include a 12-month warranty covering replacement parts and technician labor for installed components. This applies to services such as washing machines, refrigerators, stoves, and other household appliances.
After laser rust removal and protective surface sealing, we provide a 1-year corrosion resistance guarantee, ensuring treated surfaces remain protected under normal use conditions.
These warranties do not apply to:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper operation
Modifications or repairs performed by third parties
Lack of required maintenance
Normal wear and tear
External factors such as fire, flooding, severe weather, or natural disasters
Inspection and cleaning services are generally non-refundable once completed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Service Guys shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed
We are not responsible for damage resulting from hidden defects, system age, or conditions beyond our control.
You agree not to:
